Charged with the implementation of full quality management system to include ISO9001 and BRC importer and agent accreditation, Nic will oversee the introduction of global quality standards for BanaBay products, from plantation to customer.
With a background in UK farming and agriculture Nic has experience in achieving BRC accreditation and the Tesco Nurture Award Gold Standard for previous businesses. He is keen to enter the fast-paced environment of the fresh produce market and explains the attraction of working with BanaBay:

Nic’s new role is to improve standards, accountability and traceability across the business to bolster the reputation of BanaBay in the marketplace. The goal is to set BanaBay apart from other SPOT and smaller suppliers through consistency of product, full product assurance, greater emphasis on quality and quality processes; ultimately to open up new business opportunities for the brand in Europe and beyond.
